Rapid Precision Manufacturing specializes in close-tolerance CNC turning.

Precision is key. You need parts manufactured to your exact specifications to serve your specific needs. There is nothing so frustrating as entrusting a vendor with your order only to receive a product that doesn’t meet your standards. Our skilled machinists use computer-guided lathes and extensive quality control measures to deliver parts of the absolute highest standards. You can rely on our people and processes to produce consistent quality parts on time and on budget.

Cutting-edge CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which a workpiece of the desired material is rotated against a cutting tool. Guided by a computer program, the workpiece is shaped by the tool to create the piece you need. This process is ideal for cylindrical shapes, or shapes that are symmetrical around their axes, such as pulleys, shafts, pins, bolts, or washers. They also allow cutting operations along a 3-, 4-, or 5-axis to perform a wider variety of processes on the individual part. The completed pieces are produced quickly and within tight tolerances, providing you with the best quality products.
