Precision Manufacturing Capabilities

CNC Turning: RPM provides a wide range of close-tolerance CNC turning services, including turning, facing, grooving, parting, threading, drilling, boring, reaming, and tapping.

Swiss Turning: For those requiring more delicate and complex machining services, we offer 13 axes Swiss Turning up to 1 1/4″ in diameter.

Multi-axis Machining: We use multi-axis machining to efficiently produce more elaborate parts and components that can’t be made on traditional CNC lathes.

CNC Milling: RPM delivers highly accurate milling services for parts with more complex or curved geometry, including slot milling, vertical and horizontal milling, side milling, form milling, and face milling. 

Horizontal Machining: We utilize horizontal milling to create complete part sets, efficiently producing high volumes with tight tolerance and fewer interruptions.

Secondary Operations: To achieve our single-source responsibility directive, RPM offers a number of secondary operations including vibratory finishing, deburring, reaming, painting, chroming, plating, and anodizing.
